Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an FP&A professional based in Radford, VA, to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for North America. You will develop analytical tools, partner with senior management, and drive actionable plans to improve financial performance.

The role requires collaboration with operations and finance teams, advanced Excel skills, and a strong focus on process improvements. Hybrid onsite/remote work options are available in the Radford area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Three years of finance or accounting experience.
• Strong to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong planning, organization, time management, and project management skills.
• Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter and team player with ability to prioritize multiple workstreams.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to interact with senior management and plant operations managers.
• High sense of urgency, integrity, and ethics.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical and process improvement skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and teamwork facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget and monthly financial and operating review packages for leadership, providing insights into financial results.
• Provide strategic support to operational and functional areas for decision making.
• Develop forecasts and plans with clear ownership and accountability.
• Analyze P&L performance and communicate risks and opportunities to the plan and forecast.
• Explain variances and support countermeasures with management.
• Engage with organizational counterparts to understand issues and improve visibility.
• Create and track key business performance indicators.
• Develop analyses and reporting to improve decision making.
• Streamline financial planning processes and tools.
• Interface with Controllership for financial reporting requirements.
