Job summary

Intel is seeking a CMOS Device Technologist in MDCE to drive development of high-volume CMOS technologies for compute, mobile, and memory controllers. You will partner with teams across Hillsboro and other locations to customize device tech and ensure compatibility with Intel manufacturing platforms.

The role emphasizes data analysis, scripting, and DOE-driven problem solving in a fast-paced environment, with hybrid work options and broad exposure to cutting-edge devices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years CMOS device engineering.
• CMOS device tech and physics; advanced transistor architectures.
• Data analysis, scripting, and analytics for fast learning.
• Ph.D. greatly preferred for deeper research, teaching DOE.
• 7+ years in CMOS device engineering for advanced nodes.
• DOE principles and engineering data analysis experience.
• Device data analysis for resolving process/manufacturing issues.
• Experience with FinFETs / GAA FETs and high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop new device technologies and customize architectures.
• Partner with manufacturing to refine fabrication processes to targets.
• Develop CMOS logic device technologies for diverse markets.
• Drive customization of device tech compatible with Intel processes.
• Apply data analysis and scripting to accelerate learning cycles.
• Contribute to DOE and data analysis to address yield and performance.
