Clarvida in Aurora/Denver, CO is hiring a Foster Home Supervisor to support the foster care program by engaging, supporting, and growing foster and kinship homes. This role involves community visits, team collaboration, and ensuring homes meet certification and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks.
• Ability to obtain SAFE Certification (may be completed upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Engage, support, and grow foster and kinship homes to enhance placement stability.
• Assess foster home needs and growth potential to determine best placement matches for children.
• Ensure foster homes meet and maintain certification requirements and training standards.
• Conduct community-based visits with foster homes and youth in placement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with program requirements and documentation standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and state guidelines.
• Provide on-call crisis support to foster homes on a rotational basis to prevent placement disruptions.
• Support foster parents in understanding policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure high-quality placement coordination and support services.
• Monitor home compliance with applicable state regulations and agency standards.
• Onboard, train and support inquiring homes through the certification process.
• Assist foster homes in completing required training and development activities.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and collaborative planning sessions.
• Track caseload progress and support quarterly incentive goals tied to performance metrics
