Job summary

Clarvida seeks a Family Time Facilitator in the Denver area to work with families involved in child welfare. You will supervise visits across home, community, and DHS settings, applying trauma-informed parenting coaching to promote safe reunification.

The role requires engagement with a multidisciplinary team, documenting progress for court, and transporting families when necessary. Weekend/evening availability is valued to support caseloads.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a Human Services field required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise family interactions in the community, DHS offices, and home.
• Provide trauma-informed parenting skills training, psychoeducation, and parent coaching.
• Document progress for court and testify as needed.
• Transport families as needed and advocate for reunification.
