Selene Finance LP seeks a Foreclosure Specialist II to monitor and manage foreclosures per investor, insurer and state guidelines. The role requires coordinating with attorneys, trustees and investors while ensuring timely updates and compliance.

You will handle vendor networks, meet deadlines, and monitor reports within servicing guidelines. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential in this hybrid Dallas role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred in business related field.
• 4 to 10 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS/ICE recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitors foreclosure actions to ensure compliance with investor, insurer and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintains caseload and updates systems accurately and timely.
• Meets deadlines and handles tasks, events, and holds.
• Responds to calls, messages, and emails within 24 hours.
• Communicates daily with attorneys, trustees, investors and loan resolution.
• Manages vendor and attorney network per guidelines.
• Completes and monitors required reports for servicing.
• Coordinates with departments to minimize losses and mitigate risk.
• Identifies quality compliance issues and notifies management.
• Understands legal foreclosure processes across states.
