Job summary

Gen is seeking a Fixed Term Recruiter to support hiring across Tempe, NYC and Mountain View. The role manages 20–30 mid- to senior-level requisitions, spanning professional, corporate and technical functions, with a hybrid arrangement based out of the NYC office (3 days per week onsite).

The ideal candidate will have strong full-cycle recruiting experience, be fluent with AI-enabled sourcing, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver a high‑touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting mid- to senior-level professional and/or technical talent.
• Experience managing a high-volume requisition load (20–30 roles) across locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20–30 mid- to senior-level professional and technical requisitions across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates.
• Leverage AI-driven tools, data insights, and Ashby to optimize workflows and pipeline visibility.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and align on expectations.
• Drive full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviews, debriefs, and offers.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide market insights and guidance.
• Ensure consistent communication on progress, timelines, and candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and support data-driven decision making.
• Ensure compliance with processes and onboarding coordination for new hires.
