Jobot is seeking a Fixed Asset Accountant in Dover, DE to support fixed asset accounting, capital projects, and month-end close. This hybrid role combines on-site and remote work with a strong mentorship culture within a growing healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GL accounting experience.
• Strong month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliations.
• Track construction-in-progress (CIP) and capital projects.
• Support month-end close, including journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Prepare fixed asset schedules and assist with financial reporting.
• Support audits, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, and other cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
