Jobot is seeking a Sr. Accountant (Fixed Assets) for a hybrid role in Dover, DE. The position focuses on fixed asset accounting, construction-in-progress, and month-end close within a collaborative accounting team.

You will oversee depreciation, asset additions/disposals, and provide schedules for financial reporting and audits. Strong ERP experience and a proactive mindset are valued as the organization expands its healthcare-focused operations.

Formación

• 3+ years of GL accounting experience.
• Strong month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliations.
• Track construction-in-progress (CIP) and capital projects.
• Support month-end close, including journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Prepare fixed asset schedules and assist with financial reporting.
• Support audits, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, and other cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
