Job summary

Gen II Fund Services in the United States seeks a Client Success Manager for the Sensr Portal to lead onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success initiatives. You will build trusted relationships with clients and drive value with data-driven insights and best practices.

You will train teams on new features, coordinate with product and client service groups, and ensure retention and satisfaction across a growing SaaS platform used in private equity reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• 3+ years' experience in the fintech software industry.
• Experience with SaaS solutions, especially private equity reporting portals.
• Private Equity knowledge required.
• Extensive Excel skills and data extraction/analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation and training.
• Train internal teams on new product features and act as a Sensr Portal advocate.
• Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices with internal teams.
• Communicate with senior management to understand needs, maximize retention and growth.
• Maintain customer success metrics and data as directed.
