Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Willing to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not required.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound customer inquiries to assist with account requests and trade issues.
• Educate customers about Morgan Stanley’s offerings and identify opportunities.
