Morgan Stanley’s Alpharetta Return to Work program seeks experienced professionals returning to the workforce. You’ll join a Financial Services team, leveraging your customer service skills to assist clients and learn our investment products.
The 16-week paid program offers training, mentorship, and licensing support in a hybrid office setting. Successful candidates will have a Finance/Business degree, 2+ years in customer-facing roles, and SIE certification; sponsorship is not required for US
Qualifications
- Passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role; strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and identify client needs.
- Educate clients on Morgan Stanley’s advantages and product fit.
- Drive sales by engaging clients and spotting new opportunities.
- Follow processes, manage time efficiently, and stay compliant.
- Learn about investments and markets to address client needs.
- Collaborate with teams and participate in additional projects.
