Qualifications

• Passed the Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) exam.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or equivalent combination.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Must be flexible to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound customer inquiries to assist with account-related requests (money movement, updates, trade requests).
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding account items.
• Participate in continuing education and development.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantages and offerings.
