Qualifications

• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Experience with state and federal court appearances is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage files, motions, depositions, and discovery in complex matters.
• Engage in motion practice, trial preparation, and courtroom opportunities.
• Interface with clients and coordinate with partners on case strategy.
• Draft pleadings and responses, including demurrers and motions to dismiss.
