Stinson LLP seeks an Associate Attorney with two to five years of financial services litigation experience to join our Irvine, California office. Duties include file management, motion practice, depositions, alternative dispute resolution, and trial preparation.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent writing and oral advocacy skills, a strong interpersonal style, and an active California license to handle state and federal matters.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of financial services litigation experience.
• Active California license to practice law.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with depositions, motions, and pre-trial matters.
• Familiarity with FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, UCC, EFTA, TILA, UCL/UDAP.

Responsibilities

• File management and motion practice.
• Take and defend depositions; participate in hearings and pre-trial matters.
• Engage in alternative dispute resolution and mediation.
• Prepare for trial; manage case strategy and client communications.
