Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in San Francisco is seeking a midlevel associate to join its Financial Services Litigation team. The role requires at least three years of experience in complex securities and/or financial services litigation, with substantial responsibility and direct client exposure.

Candidates must hold a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to the New York or California bar, depending on the office location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage substantive aspects of complex litigation matters in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and regulatory proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation filings.
• Handle discovery, including document review, written discovery, and witness preparation.
• Support deposition preparation, hearings, and trial strategy.
• Participate in case management, factual development, and client counseling.
• Collaborate across litigation and financial services teams on high-profile disputes and enforcement matters.
