Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney in San Francisco. This full-time role requires 2–6 years of substantive general litigation experience, including dispositive motions, discovery, and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of complex general litigation experience.
• Experience drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters through all phases, including pre-litigation strategy, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses.
• Participate in conducting and defending depositions and preparing witnesses.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on complex disputes.
• Appear at hearings, case management conferences, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit preparation and coordination with experts.
• Collaborate with partners, senior associates, and clients to develop litigation strategy.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third-party vendors.
