Stinson LLP seeks an Attorney with litigation experience to join our Irvine, California office. This role focuses on representing financial institutions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with opportunities for courtroom experience and strategic case management.

The ideal candidate has strong writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills, with exposure to e-discovery and various discovery motions. A CA license and prior clerkship are advantageous in a collaborative, partner-guided setting.

Qualifications

• Strong litigation experience, preferably in financial services.
• Excellent writing, oral advocacy, and academics required.
• CA bar license and active practice in California preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files and pleadings, including demurrers and motions.
• Handle depositions, discovery, and pre-trial motions.
• Represent clients in state and federal court settings.
• Collaborate with partners and maintain client communication.
