Job summary

Stinson LLP seeks an Associate Attorney with two to five years of financial services litigation experience to join our San Francisco, California office.

We provide a supportive, team‑oriented environment with autonomy and hands‑on experience guided by partners with decades of litigation expertise. A California license is required and candidates with regional or national firm backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active California license required.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with maturity and initiative.
• Experience with e-discovery and fact development is a plus.
• Familiarity with FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, UCC/UCL and related statutes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in state and federal court appearances.
• Interface with clients with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Coordinate with partners and teams to handle caseloads effectively.
• Engage in pre-trial matters and case management conferences.
