Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Financial Services Representative in a hybrid role. You will engage clients via inbound calls, help with account-related requests, and support sales objectives while training for Series 7 & 63 licenses paid by Morgan Stanley.

You will work in a collaborative environment, develop investment knowledge, and contribute to client satisfaction while maintaining high integrity and compliance with the Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Flexible to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship needed now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and determining the best solution.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s advantages and identify products they would benefit from.
• Demonstrate determination to drive sales by engaging customers and finding new opportunities.
• Field inbound inquiries to assist with account-related requests and trades.
• Follow up on outstanding account items and participate in ongoing education and development.
