Job summary

Huntington Bank seeks a Financial Relationship Banker to retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan and other banking products.

Deliver outstanding service, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and collaborate with colleagues to deepen relationships while adhering to policies and risk controls. This role offers team collaboration and opportunities to advance within Huntington.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 1 year customer service and sales in banking, finance, or retail sales.
• Bachelor's degree plus 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking, finance or B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, Centers of Influence, and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on banking technology (online, mobile, ATM).
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
