Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail sales, B2B sales, or military service in a related role.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking/financial services or B2B sales.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate and refer customers to deepen relationships and promote bank products.
• Educate customers on online/mobile banking and ATM usage.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
