Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Financial Relationship Banker to help customers achieve their financial goals and grow consumer and business relationships. You will identify needs and recommend deposits, loans, and other products while providing proactive service.

You will educate customers on digital banking tools and work with colleagues to deepen partnerships, all while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 1+ year customer service/sales in banking or related fields.
• Experience in business-to-business sales or military admin roles is a plus.
• Ability to build and retain relationships; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Identifying opportunities to grow relationships through pre-set appointments and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Educating customers on how to use bank technology (online, mobile, ATM).
• Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
