Job summary

dormakaba Americas is seeking a Financial Analyst – Accounting in a hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN. You will drive financial excellence for the Holding entity, support balance sheet reviews, and collaborate with Shared Services to implement accounting changes.

The role emphasizes strong accounting knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication with senior leadership. SAP S/4Hana is part of the tech stack; MBA or AI experience are considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar analytical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles; ability to work cross functionally and across business boundaries to solve issues and drive tasks and projects to completion.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management; results-oriented and strategic.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting for the dormakaba Holding entity with Shared Services.
• Audit Support: Coordinate internal and external audits and facilitate data exchange between sites and audit teams.
• Process Improvement: Review and enhance existing accounting processes following Group directives.
• Balance Sheet Oversight: Participate in Balance Sheet reviews with site leadership and track action items.
• System Implementation & Efficiency: Support SAP S/4Hana implementation and related efficiency initiatives.
