Job summary

Magnit Global in New Jersey is seeking a hybrid Finance Planning Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting. The role combines strategic planning with operational finance, requiring collaboration across departments and strong analytical skills.

The ideal candidate has experience with S4/Hana and SAP Analytics Cloud, and is proficient in Excel. Hybrid/remote work is offered with onsite training as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance or accounting required.
• 2+ years of experience with S4/Hana.
• 1 year of SAC experience (SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Operational budget experience required.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare internal reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Assist in change management initiatives for Global Digital Transformation IT.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for SG&A.
• Track accruals and explain variances to management.
