The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate with senior management; MBA and SAP experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar analytical discipline.
• Ability to work cross functionally and across business boundaries to solve issues and drive tasks and projects to completion.
• Ability to communicate with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and reporting of dormakaba Holding entity in coordination with Shared Services team.
• Support internal and external audits, coordinating with sites and the audit team.
• Support the review and improvement of accounting processes; implement Group Accounting directives.
• Participate in Balance Sheet reviews and follow up on action items.
• Participate in SAP S/4Hana implementation and other projects for reporting efficiency.
