In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, ensure SDLC compliance, and drive solutions from requirements through testing and delivery. A strategic thinker with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
• Gather and document global business requirements.
• Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams; translate needs into functional specs.
• Evaluate solutions, recommend improvements, secure stakeholder alignment.
• Lead requirements management, planning, testing, and delivery schedules.
• Support system changes, enhancements, troubleshooting, and project activities.
• Ensure SDLC alignment and compliance with IT standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership and coaching to junior analysts.
