Lenmar Consulting Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst for a multi-year ERP upgrade project centered on SAP S/4HANA.

The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, coordinating with SAP teams, and ensuring the delivered solution meets cross-functional needs across finance, operations, and IT. The position is hybrid and based in Charlotte, NC, with a 6-month contract-to-hire path and USC/GC eligibility.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar
• Experience supporting S4/HANA or SAP ERP projects
• Experience writing requirements and testing alongside SAP teams
• Experience in cross-functional coordination with business and IT
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration
