Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of finance, FP&A, supply chain finance, or analytical experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools (Dynamics 365, Knime, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead the recurring mark-to-market process for trading and contract activity.
• Develop understanding of commodity markets, procurement, transportation, and contract economics to explain performance drivers.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and translate findings into actionable insights for Finance and leaders.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, IT to improve reporting accuracy and usefulness.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting to support decisions and initiatives.
• Support month-end close and management reporting including journal entries and variance analysis.
• Connect operational activity to the general ledger and explain deviations from plan and forecast.
• Support annual planning, long-range planning, and cross-functional projects.
