Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology support service, business systems analysis, or a related analyst role working with an ERP
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional system solutions
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and cross-functional business processes

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to define, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Analyze, document, and troubleshoot operational issues monitoring the incident management system.
• Lead and support incident root cause analysis, problem resolution, and ITIL-based change management activities and respond to incidents logged in via ITSM
• Design and document business processes, use cases, system flows, process maps, and data models to support solution development and implementation
• Participate in planning, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise applications and business systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies, reducing risks, and enhancing system capabilities whilst leveraging Artificial Intelligence and automation
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements while maintaining data integrity, compliance standards, and operational effectiveness
