Miller Milling in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology, optimizing processes and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and growth. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to document requirements, analyze challenges, and guide system improvements across enterprise applications.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, ITIL knowledge, and experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional system solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and cross-functional business processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to define, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Analyze, document, and troubleshoot operational issues monitoring the incident management system.
• Lead and support incident root cause analysis, problem resolution, and ITIL-based change management activities and respond to incidents logged in via ITSM
• Design and document business processes, use cases, system flows, process maps, and data models to support solution development and implementation.
• Participate in planning, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise applications and business systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies, reducing risks, and enhancing system capabilities whilst leveraging Artificial Intelligence and automation.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements while maintaining data integrity, compliance standards, and operational effectiveness.
