The University of Colorado Colorado Springs invites applications for a Financial Aid IT Systems Analyst in the Office of Financial Aid & Student Employment. The role focuses on managing the Campus Solutions financial aid module, overseeing data integrity, reporting, and system enhancements to support disbursement of aid to thousands of students.

This hybrid role requires a bachelor’s degree and experience with campus solutions, databases, SQL, and Cognos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in higher education preferred.
• Experience with campus solutions is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of databases, information technology, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Campus Solutions Financial Aid module, including configuration and testing of modifications.
• Support database activities for Scholarship programs and integration with CU-SIS.
• Develop and run queries and reports (PSQuery, SQL, XML Publisher, Cognos) for quality assurance.
• Maintain secure servers/workstations and provide desktop support for the financial aid office.
• Hire, supervise, and collaborate with student workers to support the department.
