Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Finance Program Manager for sponsored projects administration across a broad portfolio. You will partner with PIs, project teams, and central offices to manage budgets from proposal through closeout, ensuring compliance with Uniform Guidance and sponsor requirements.

In this hybrid role, you will oversee pre-award budgeting, post-award financial management, and reporting, coordinate with OCG/CCO/HR, and provide strategic financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in finance or budgeting for research awards.
• Experience with federal/state sponsors and Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200).
• Ability to work independently and manage complex portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-award budgeting and proposal preparation.
• Manage post-award SpeedType lifecycle and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor terms and university policies.
• Coordinate with OCG, CCO, and HR for staffing and awards.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and budget projections.
