Job summary

Acme Cryogenics, part of Dover Corporation’s OPW Clean Energy Solutions, is seeking a Controller in Allentown, PA. This role provides financial leadership across four US locations, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate reporting while guiding strategic financial initiatives.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, capital projects, and close processes, partnering with operations to drive performance, controls, and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• CPA and/or CMA preferred. MBA a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial company with at least three years in a leadership role.
• Experience with financial ERP system.
• Demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Financial Leadership for Acme Cryogenics and its four US manufacturing locations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies for the Acme business unit.
• Lead monthly forecast, annual strategic plan, and annual budget processes.
• Prepare capital expenditure proposals and monitor investment performance.
• Ensure monthly general ledger close and reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead and develop Finance and Accounting team members across sites.
