Job summary

Acme Cryogenics seeks a Controller to lead financial operations across multiple US locations, including the Allentown area. The role partners with senior leadership to drive forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives while maintaining rigorous internal controls and US GAAP compliance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing finance, CPA/CMA, and an MBA is a plus. Experience with ERP systems and cross-functional leadership is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA and/or CMA preferred; MBA a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years in a manufacturing/industrial company with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Financial Leadership for Acme Cryogenics across four US manufacturing locations.
• Ensure that financial reporting is accurate, timely, well understood, and in accordance with US GAAP and Dover/OPW policies.
• Lead monthly forecast, annual strategic plan, and annual budget processes for the Acme business unit.
• Prepare capital expenditure proposals and monitor investment performance against proposals.
• Lead and develop Finance and Accounting team members and maintain internal controls.
