Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to be a key partner to our Supply Chain and Operations teams. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for transportation costs while supporting productivity initiatives to optimize costs and efficiency.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in transportation finance and large datasets. A blended work environment with in-office collaboration and remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in supply chain, distribution, or transportation finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Own the periodic forecast and annual operating plan (AOP) for multiple transportation cost centers.
• Develop rate-based transportation forecasts by partnering with Transportation, Customer Logistics, and Procurement.
• Analyze monthly financial performance and explain key drivers versus AOP, forecast, and prior year.
• Evaluate ROI for transportation projects and recommend investment priorities.
