Job summary

Glanbia is seeking a Senior, Commercial Finance Analyst to lead budgets and forecasts and provide profitability analyses for Nutrition/Premix, Bakery and Film & Glitter segments. This role partners with Commercial and Product & Innovation to drive sales targets and manage financial performance.

The role includes month-end reporting, variance analysis, and responsibility for SAP-related implementations, with hybrid work options across Chicago, IL; Carlsbad, CA; or West Haven, CT.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years of related experience.
Strong ability to present financial information clearly.
Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
Excellent time-management and ability to meet deadlines.
Advanced Excel proficiency needed for complex analyses.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning activities including budgets and forecasts.
Perform period-end close tasks and support accounting analyses.
Prepare month-end reports and executive dashboards with variance analysis.
Analyze gross margin and profitability by volume, price and costs.
Be a business partner to Commercial and Product & Innovation functions.
