Job summary

Regal Rexnord's Finance & Accounting internship program provides a diverse, real-world experience across accounting and finance roles. Interns will be placed in one of the finance teams and gain exposure to senior leaders and key financial processes.

During the ~11-week program, interns will perform monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, forecasts, variance analyses, and project work to streamline processes using best practices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Interest in learning a broad set of finance roles.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly journal entries and general ledger accuracy.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Support monthly forecasts and related deliverables for Sr. Leadership.
• Learn and assist across FP&A, internal controls, and treasury topics.
