Regal Rexnord invites ambitious interns to join its Finance & Accounting internship program in Milwaukee. Interns will engage in monthly close, forecasting, balance sheet analytics, and audit-related activities, gaining exposure to senior finance leaders across Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Internal Audit.

Qualifications

• Pursue Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Complete at least 2 accounting or finance classes before start date.
• Maintain GPA of at least 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly journal entries and general ledger review.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Help prepare monthly forecasts and related deliverables for senior leadership.
• Contribute to analytics on key metrics like EBITDA, working capital, and gross margin.
• Participate in internal audits and project work to improve financial processes.
