Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp offers a Finance & Accounting internship designed to provide hands-on experience across accounting and finance teams. Interns will report to a finance leader and gain exposure to senior leadership while receiving technical, soft-skill, and on-the-job training.

You'll participate in projects, perform routine accounting tasks, and may be offered a full-time role after the 2-year rotational program. Limited travel and a strong emphasis on collaboration are part of the program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Completion of at least 2 accounting or finance classes prior to start date.
• GPA of at least 3.0.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on team projects.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly journal entries and general ledger review.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations and variance research.
• Contribute to monthly forecasts and related deliverables.
• Analyze key metrics and present insights to Sr. Leadership.
• Assist with internal controls, audits, and financial statements.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements.
