Regal Rexnord Corp is offering a Finance & Accounting internship program for the summer period from June 2, 2027 to August 13, 2027 (~11 weeks). Interns will be placed in one of our Finance teams and receive training, mentorship, and real-world accounting exposure.

The program may lead to a 2-year rotational full-time opportunity with exposure to senior leaders. Interns will perform monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, forecasts, analytics, audits, and other finance duties

Qualificações

• Pursue Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Completed at least 2 accounting or finance classes prior to start date.
• GPA of at least 3.0; strong communication and teamwork; proficient with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly journal entries and review general ledger.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Assist with monthly forecasts and related leadership deliverables.
• Analyze KPIs and present findings to senior leadership.
• Support internal audits and remediation of findings.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and tax deliverables.
• Learn to navigate OneStream, Blackline, Audit Board, and ERP systems.
• Support data requests from FP&A, treasury, and auditors.
