Job summary

Regal Rexnord invites you to join its Finance & Accounting internship program for an 11-week summer session, with locations including Fort Wayne, IN. Interns will join one of our Finance teams—Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and more—and gain hands-on experience with monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

You will receive technical and soft-skill training, mentorship from senior leaders, and exposure to ERP and financial systems, setting a foundation for a potential full-time

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Completed at least two accounting or finance classes prior to start.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly journal entries and general ledger reviews.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Help prepare monthly forecasts and leadership deliverables.
• Learn and apply accounting processes across multiple teams.
