Job summary

Realty Income, The Monthly Dividend Company, invites motivated students to join our Accounting & Finance Summer Internship in San Diego for a 10-week program. You will work on real-time challenges, own a defined project, and present outcomes to senior leaders.

The cohort will gain access to structured training, mentorship, and potential pathways into early career roles. Selected interns will collaborate across teams, including Accounting, Finance Operations, Data Analytics, and IT, gaining

Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Business or a related field with graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Interest in commercial real estate, finance, accounting, data, or technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong adaptability and learning agility in changing environments.
• Data literacy and ability to generate insights from data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Active user of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and ability to validate outputs.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Own an end-to-end project tied to a real business priority and deliverables.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis while validating outputs.
• Collaborate across departments and with business stakeholders to move work forward.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders at the end of the program.
• Participate in structured training and mentorship opportunities.
