Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and perform preventive maintenance on hardware.
• Provide server and software application support.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and inventory records.
• Manage service tickets and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Assist or lead warehouse and depot operations.
• Track assets and dispose of spare parts as needed.
• Lead hardware and software training and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
