Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of field service professionals delivering safe, efficient service to customers and driving operational performance. The role partners with sales, operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance to achieve customer and business objectives, focusing on workforce planning, performance metrics, and compliance.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership in field service or technical operations and a track record of improving service delivery

Qualifications

• Proven field service or technical operations leadership with team development.
• Ability to manage competing customers, projects, and priorities.
• Strong customer engagement, communication, coaching, leadership, analytical, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service delivery for a ~$25M P&L, directing ~45 staff.
• Optimize workforce planning, standards, metrics, and tools.
• Coach and develop field service professionals with clear expectations.
• Strengthen customer relationships and deliver service-contract commitments.
• Drive revenue attainment, cost control, and margin actions.
• Use KPIs and data to improve productivity and execution.
• Partner across functions to improve processes and data quality.
• Champion safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
