BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in the California territory to optimize full-cycle sales across coaches and organizations. You will service customers in a hybrid environment, travel locally to schools, and drive revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships within assigned territory.

Responsibilities include providing consultative service, lead generation, and using CRM tools to manage accounts and activity.

• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Actively develop and qualify leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
• Resilience to handle rejection and the persistence to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Navigate multiple functions within the company’s CRM, including but not limited to prospecting, account management, and activity tracking, to support sales and customer relationship efforts.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
