Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Pro to optimize full-cycle sales in an assigned territory, servicing coaches and athletic programs. This hybrid role requires traveling within the East Bay territory and evenings/weekends as needed.

You will generate revenue, manage relationships, and leverage CRM data to identify opportunities across multiple sports. A 3+ year B2B sales or coaching background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports background.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts across sports at all levels.
