Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in Springfield, MA. You will serve as a consultative partner to schools and youth programs, driving full-cycle sales from prospecting to account management.

The role requires 3+ years of B2B outside sales, a valid driver’s license, a hybrid home-office setup, and 2–5 days weekly travel within the territory; evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports background.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
• Hybrid role; local travel within the territory is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in the assigned territory and drive revenue.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and account management.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels within existing accounts.
