KerixHealth in Madison, WI, is seeking a Field Sales & Operations Coordinator to support the Regional Medical Director with sales operations and business development. This hybrid role combines lead generation, appointment setting, prospect outreach, sales support, and operational coordination to drive growth.

You'll work four days per week in-office with one remote day, coordinating with brokers and employee benefits partners to maintain momentum in the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in a sales development, sales support, or administrative role with outbound contact.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and emails and handling objections.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM preferred.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Healthcare, benefits, or B2B sales exposure preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Identify and research prospective leads in the Madison market and other markets as directed.
• Coordinate with Marketing to execute B2B outreach and drive lead generation.
• Schedule and attend sales appointments for the Regional Medical Director.
• Maintain Salesforce records and keep the pipeline current.
