Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Research & Advisory is seeking a Field Sales Executive, Floater, to cover assigned accounting firms and corporations across multiple territories from a hybrid office/home model. You’ll drive profitable sales growth and report to the VP, Field Sales – Tax & Accounting, North America.

Required: 3+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a proven track record with prospecting, forecasts, and consultative selling. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of internal WK sales experience with Tax content/SaaS or software products.
• Experience developing and qualifying prospect lists.
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and forecasting.
• Consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ability to turn networking contacts into business opportunities.
• Delivering effective product presentations virtually and in person.

Responsibilities

• Master product knowledge across Research & Advisory and Tax & Accounting solutions.
• Apply standard sales methodology to position products to customer needs.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and update CRM with timely information.
• Meet sales goals through proactive prospecting and in-person meetings.
• Engage with clients to expand existing business and upsell/cross-sell.
• Collaborate with teams to forecast, plan, and optimize territory coverage.
