Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager - Rare Disease to lead reimbursement and access strategies across a rare-disease portfolio. This hybrid role drives provider education, payer interactions, and patient access coordination while collaborating with Market Access, Patient Services, Compliance, Medical, and Sales teams.

You will navigate provider reimbursement pathways, support education on benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and coverage options, and mentor field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in biotech/pharma with reimbursement/market access experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. payer systems (commercial and government).

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional expert on reimbursement and access for BridgeBio therapies.
• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes and pathways.
• Support education on patient support programs and access services.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to inform access strategy.
• Maintain compliant, patient-focused access workflows.
